The Secretary of State would be glad to

learn whether the Foreign Office proposes

to reprint the new memorandum

in' a

Passport Control Department circular, or

to distribute the copies supplied by the

Governor to Consular and Passport Control

Office

In the latter event it would be

necessary that alternative arrangements

should be made by the Colonial Office for

the supply of the memorandum to Fassport

Control authorities in the Colonies.
